A new year brings fresh energy and a chance to reflect on what really mattered over the past twelve months. Before we jump into what’s next, we want to take a moment to look back at the year we’ve had, the people we served, the relationships we strengthened, and the milestones that made this year meaningful.
2025 reminded us, once again, why our work matters. When the unexpected happens, when homes and businesses are disrupted, our mission is simple: show up when it matters most, bring clarity in uncertain moments, and help restore confidence so people can begin moving forward.
One of the most exciting parts of this year was seeing relationships grow. We continued working alongside homeowners and local businesses we’ve known for years, while also being given new opportunities to work with larger institutions whose spaces support entire communities.
And at the center of the whole year was our people.
Years like this reinforce the fact that true growth is never just about a single month or season, it’s about the people who carry the work forward over time, day after day.
This year, we proudly celebrated Jordan Zeller reaching an incredible milestone, 10 years with Summit. Jordan’s journey reflects consistency, growth, and genuine care for the people and communities we serve.
We also celebrate Mark Fields as he begins to wrap up a long and impactful career with Summit and step into retirement. His influence lives on in the people he has mentored, the expectations he helped establish, and the foundation he leaves behind for future leaders to build on.
Outside of work, team members welcomed new children, bought their first homes, and reached milestones that reflect growth, stability, and new chapters.
Looking ahead, we’re excited for what’s in front of us. We don’t want to be the biggest, we want to be the best.
To everyone who trusted Summit this past year, thank you. We’re honored to serve, grateful for the relationships we’ve built, and excited for the new milestones waiting just ahead.
