What are you most excited about for Summit in the upcoming year?

What I’m most excited about is this team of people we have at Summit. The groundwork and preparation from the past year has been grueling at times, but we know the details matter. Our team is committed to our success and I believe we are headed into a great season.

What is one of the biggest takeaways you learned from 2019?

Breathe. When chaos hits, slow down, let the turbulence stop, and prepare yourself to take the appropriate action at the appropriate time.

What has changed as Summit has grown?

Nearly every aspect of the business has evolved over the past 15 years. Summit has better equipment, training, service delivery, benefits, and multiple locations, while still fighting to retain a scrappy underdog mentality.

What has stayed the same?

Our why has not changed. Summit exists so that we can empower people to change lives. We are passionate about understanding customer needs and finding creative ways to meet them.

What are some goals for the new decade?

Summit has goals related to service delivery, customer experience, response times, communication standards, expanding services, and continuing the main goal: to be the best.

How can supporters help?
