While we often use the RX-20 cleaning machine, we frequently find that a skilled technician with a wand is more appropriate. This is why we carry both. Modern truck mounts offer much greater vacuum power and higher temperatures leaving your carpets cleaner and dryer. You may not need to know all the technical reasons we continually upgrade our equipment, just know that we do, so that we always offer you the highest level of service.

2.) Select the appropriate pre-treatment product and      

      apply.

 

3.) Choose the best cleaning method for the job and  

      clean.

 

4.) Evaluate any remaining spots, determine their origin

      and the most effective removal method and treat

      them.

 

5.) Perform any additional services as requested by the

     Customer

 

6.) Communicate with the customer about how problem   

      areas were treated, offer future care suggestions and

      answer any related questions.

 

7.) Leave the customer with our satisfaction guarantee,

     “If you are not completely satisfied with the service

      you have received give us a call and we make it

      right.”
